Annual Report
Our first year, accounted for
What we built, what it reached, how support was used, and exactly what we intend to do next.
Letter from the Founder
Why this year mattered
In clinical practice I kept meeting the same person: someone who had noticed a change years earlier, been told it was styling, and arrived only after the loss was permanent. That pattern is why NAFPOC exists.
This first year was about building the foundation itself — the education, the resource centers, the research framework and the partnerships that make national work possible. It was built deliberately, so that what comes next can grow quickly without losing accuracy.
Everything in this report is written to be verified. Where a number is an estimate, we say so. Where a program is still being built, we say that too.
