What this looks like in practice
Volunteers are how education actually reaches people. A few hours a month puts a printed guide in someone's hands, keeps a support circle running, or makes a health fair table feel like a welcome instead of a pamphlet.

Who this is for
Anyone eighteen or older. No clinical background required — training is provided.
